In your email, please describe the issue clearly, include your order number, information about the fouty product and provide a video to show the malfunction or quality issue, We wil verify the issue based on the video provided. If the product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will offer a free Exchange. Please note that if the video provided can not prove there is a quality issue, DJM may be unable to offer after-sales service. DJM Beauty reserves the right for final interpretation.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty perod. To validate your warranty please keep your original purchase receipt and serial number on the product with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renew 1-year warranty coverage.
